PURPOSE:To simplify a shape of a recess and improve installability of a switch, by retaining the switch in the recess by an extended portion of a retainer. CONSTITUTION:A retainer 18' has a loop portion 18a giving a biasing force. A pad plate 11 is held at its one end portion between the loop portion 18a and a base portion 18e of the retainer 18', and is biased radially. An intermediate portion 18d is formed with a hole 18f into which an operation rod 20a of a switch 20 is inserted. An extended portion 18b extending upwardly from the intermediate portion 18d is formed at its upper end with a bent portion 18d for retaining the switch 20 to a base member 7.
