PURPOSE:To enable various paints to be produced in a narrow floor space, by producing paint in a portable tank while conveying said tank and washing said tank after use for recycling. CONSTITUTION:A portable tank 4 placed in a storage station 20 is conveyed to a first or second dispersed raw material charge station 50, 55 by means of a conveyor car 2 and a semi-finished product prepd. by means of a sand mill 55 or a ball mill 57 is fed thereto, weighed on a weighing device 48 and conveyed to the take-up part 31 of the tank on a raw material charging line 30. Solvents, resin, etc. are fed from a raw material supply port 34. The tank 4 is transferred to a delivery part 32 and the lid is shut down. The tank 4 is conveyed to the bearing stand 61 of a stirring station 60 and additional raw materials are fed thereto. After stirring, the tank is conveyed to a charging station 70 and guided to a charging machine 72, where the product is canned. The lid is taken out of the empty tank 4 and put on a stacker 75. The tank is conveyed to the tank receiving part 81 of a washing station 80, roughly and internally washed in a washing device 86 and conveyed to the station 20.
