The present invention relates to a hollow fiber type forward osmosis membrane and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a hollow forward osmosis membrane, comprising: a polyamide layer on an inner periphery of a support layer in the hollow fiber type forward osmosis membrane; an inner skin layer having a support layer in a fine finger like structure; an inner support layer having a multi-layered finger like structure; and an outer skin layer having a sponge like structure, thereby lowering the possibility of leakage occurring in the membrane and having an excellent salt removal performance and flow rates, and to a manufacturing method thereof.
