<p>A control valve is intended to establish a set ratio between the pressures (p1 and p2) of two separate pressure systems, particularly the control valve regulates the pressure (p2) of hydraulic cylinders which press a roller against a conjugated roller in a roller press, as a function of the pressure (p1) of a liquid which transmits the compression force to a flexure-regulating roller belonging to the same roller press. A piston (1, 2) sliding in a frame (4, 9) comprises at its two ends a front surface (A1 and A2), the first surface being charged in a first pressure chamber (1a) by the first pressure (p1) and the second surface being charged into a second pressure chamber (2a) by the second pressure (p2). A control edge of the piston (1, 2) forms with a control edge of the housing (4, 9) an overflow slit (S2) which connects the second pressure chamber (2a) to a low pressure chamber (4a) when the second pressure (p2) exceeds the desired value. The piston (1, 2) and the housing (4, 9) form an additional overflow slit (S1) which connects the first pressure chamber (1a) to a low pressure chamber (3a) when the second pressure (p2) falls under the desired value.</p> |
