PURPOSE:To obtain a system capable of transmitting a signal wit the low voltage specification without special installation of a communication system by providing a signal injector and a detector to a shield layer of a cable. CONSTITUTION:Since a shield copper tape, that is, a shield layer 2 to prevent malfunction due to electrostatic shielding is formed normally to a cable, the shield layer 2 is utilized to transmit a signal for supervision and control. Thus, the shield layer 2 is provided with the signal injector and the signal detector. As the signal injector and the signal detector, a signal injecting transformer and a search coil type sensor are used. Thus, a signal injected to the injector of a remote control slave station 51 is detected by the detector of a remote control slave station 52, and a signal injected to the injector of the remote control slave station 52 is detected by the detector of the remote control slave station 51 similarly so as to attain the signal transmission in two-way.
