摘要 The eccentricity of the rotor in a casing of a compressor strongly affects the volumetric capacity and thus also the cost-effectiveness of such appliances. A limit is set by the amount of heat developed which increases as the capacity grows, especially if the vanes are conventionally made of plastic. Even for vanes made of other materials, improved guidance may be advantageous. If the projecture becomes too large, this results in the vanes jamming in the guidance slots, thus causing increased friction and generation of heat, which lead to failure of the compressor. Attempts have therefore been made to provide the usually plate-shaped vanes with extensions which are to improve guidance in the extended state. In the case of plastic vanes, however, only limited success is possible. The invention therefore proposes to overcome these drawbacks, the vanes in the cantilevered state being guided by guide rods and being stiffened, the guide rods being guided axially in the confronting vane or the slot. In this arrangement, jamming is avoided and the load on the cantilevered vanes is considerably reduced, making it possible to achieve high performance even in the case of plastic vanes. A further advantage is that the guide rods or separate rods are equipped to accommodate compression springs.
