PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency and property of a motor for taking 8 for startor slots with teeth between adjacent slots wound with a coil and by taking 14 for rotor slots while 1 slot skew is formed. CONSTITUTION:As the facing position of a teeth 3 of a stator 1 against a teeth 6 of a rotor 4 is different in case of a main magnetic flux from that of an unavailable magnetic flux, a rotor 4 can be rotated. Such a teeth 3 of the stator 1 and the teeth 6 of the rotor 4 can be obtained by changing the numbers for composition of slots 2 of stator 1 and slots 5 of rotor 4. It is why the slots are set at 8 for slots of stator 1 and slots 6 of rotor 4 are set at 14 or 12. And for slots 5 of rotor 4 the skew is set at 1 when slots 6 are 14 and at 1.5 when they are 12.
