发明名称 POSITION MEASURING METHOD FOR SOLID-STATE IMAGE PICKUP ELEMENT
摘要 PURPOSE:To measure the position dislocation of an image pickup element by a beat component by detecting the beat component for one period based upon the difference between the picture element pitch of the solid-state image pickup element and the repeating pitch of a test pattern for measuring the registration. CONSTITUTION:By a CCD image sensor 31r for a red image pickup, a test chart 10 for measuring the registration is picked up the zero cross position of the beat component of th obtained image pickup output is calculated by a microcomputer 48. Next, the chart 10 is picked up by a CCD image sensor 31g for a green image-pickup. Further, by the microcomputer 48, the zero cross position of the beat component included in the image pickup output of the sensor 31g and the zero cross position of the beat component included in the image pickup output of the sensor 31r are compared, and it is decided whether or not the 1/2 off-setting is obtained. When the desired adjusting scope is not obtained, the sensor 31g is finely adjusted.
