PURPOSE:To prevent an inside short-circuit owing to a slipped position of a separator, and improve a long period preservation and the reliability during the service, by contacting closely a negative electrode active substance and the separator beforehand, and punching them together at a time. CONSTITUTION:A separator 3 is placed at the side of a Thomson punching tooth 8, while a hoop form metallic lithium foil which is a negative electrode active substance 2 at the side of a Thomson punch pad 9. Both members are delivered forward, contacted closely by a pair of contact rollers 11 beforehand, then pressed together at a time by a pressing rod 10, and finally the separator 3 and the negative electrode active substance 2 are punched into a disk form at a time by using the Thomspon punch tooth. Therefore, the side is covered by the separator 3 and the central position is not slipped, and so, the inside short-circuit owing to the slipped positioning can be prevented, and, a long preservation and the reliability during the service can be improved remarkably. |
