发明名称 OPTICAL SWITCH FOR WAVELENGTH MULTIPLEX SIGNAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce a crosstalk and to improve the allowance of the action speed of a circuit by switching plural I/O highways in terms of non-block with the use of an optical signal subjected to wavelength multiplex. CONSTITUTION:In terms of the optical highways 111-11m composed of optical paths such as an optical fiber, n-wave (lambda1-lambdan ...) optical signals are wavelength- multiplexed. M-number of optical higheays 11j (j=1, 2 ... m) are branched into m-number of optical junctors 131-13m each with the use of optical branching device 121-12m. Any one of n-waves (lambda1-lambdan) on the optical input highways 111-11m can be exchanged (switched) to any one of n-waves (lambda1-lambdan) of optical output highways 171-17m in terms of non-block. For instance, the wavelength signal D on the input optical highway 111 is exchanged to the wavelength lambdak on the output optical highway 17m. Provided that (n) and (m) means integers more than two.
