PURPOSE:To enable to access an actuator at a high speed by combining two types of coils having different position changes of power constant to facilitate the speed control of a coil motor. CONSTITUTION:Since the second coil 1b is disposed in a gap 13 only when disposed at the position where the power constant of the first coil 1a becomes minimum, the forces of the coils 1a, 1b complementarily act if the coils 1a, 1b are combined, and the change of the power constant with the coil position becomes approximately 0. Thus, since the power constant change can be simply set to 0 only by winding several times the coil 1b on the partial surface of the coil 1a, the average power constant increases to increase the drive force of an actuator.
