PURPOSE:To stably operate a DC/DC converter even if saturable reactors having different magnetic characteristics are used by providing the second winding in a saturable reactor, exciting the second winding to correct the unbalance of the magnetic characteristics of the reactor. CONSTITUTION:The second winding 15 for correcting the unbalance of magnetic characteristics with a saturable reactor 12 is provided in addition to an output winding 14 in a saturable reactor 13. A switch 28 is connected at terminals 31, 32 side or terminals 29, 30 side to suitably set a variable resistor 24 to excite the winding 15 of the reactor 13, thereby bringing the magnetic characteristics of the reactors 12, 13 substantially into coincidence.
