PURPOSE:To prevent a booster circuit from erroneously operating by providing a PNP type transistor between the booster circuit and a stabilized controller to prevent the control output side of the controller from coming to a negative potential. CONSTITUTION:The output voltage of a main booster circuit 2 is stabilized to a constant voltage by a stabilized controller 3, and supplied as a power to a load 4. A PNP type transistor Q2 is provided to feedback the output of the controller 3 to the base of a switching transistor Q1 of the booster circuit 2. Since the P-N junction of the base and the emitter of the transistor Q2 is reversely biased even if the control terminal of the transistor Q1 comes to a negative potential by the transforming action at an oscillation time, the interior of the controller 3 does not come to a negative potential.
