PURPOSE:To attain correct transmission from a relay mobile station at a relay system by sending a data received at a relay station while storing and retarding it by one slot so as to prevent in advance the occurrence of bead interruption of the relaying. CONSTITUTION:Suppose that a data signal d2 is sent in a time slot T2 of a control station from a mobile station ML2, a data delay device 11 of a relay station 3 retards a data signal d2 by one time slot and sends the data in the next time slot T3 of the control station detected before. Thus, an incoming control channel f1 of the relay station 3 carries the data signal d2 delayed by one time slot, the time slot is made coincident with the next time slot T3 of the control station and it is equivalent that the relay station 3 sends the data signal d2 to the control station. As a result, when the operating time of the transmitter TX2 of the relay station 3 is equal to or over that of the mobile station ML2, the data signal d2 is relayed without head interruption.
