The present invention relates to an active energy ray-curable resin composition, a polarizing plate including the same, and a liquid crystal display device. More specifically, the present invention relates to an active energy ray-curable resin composition including an ionic vinyl monomer having a vinyl group in a molecular structure along with an acrylate-based compound. The present invention further relates to a polarizing plate including the same and a liquid crystal display device. The active energy ray-curable resin composition prevents reduction in the optical properties of polarizers due to an anti-static agent fixed onto a polymer, and increases adhesiveness to the polarizers. In addition, the active energy ray-curable resin composition can be an alternative to an anti-static layer and transparent protective films such as conventional triacetyl cellulose (TAC) with a single layer without an additional adhesive layer or a cohesive layer, and also enables thinning and weight lightening of the polarizing plate.
