Provided is a method for producing graphene, allowing carbon to grow in a form of graphene on a carbon-dissolved layer, by sublimating metal by applying heat to the carbon-dissolved layer. To this end, the method comprises the following processes: a forming process for forming a dissolving layer on a substrate by preparing a carbon layer on the substrate, further preparing a metal layer, and applying heat to the metal layer so that carbon can dissolve thereto; and a elimination process for sublimating the metal in the carbon-dissolved layer by applying heat thereto after formation of the carbon-dissolved layer. |
