PURPOSE:To use the titled module by both TTL and ECL signal inputs by providing a TTL/ECL changeover circuit among a TTL input interface circuit, an ECL input interface circuit and a driver circuit. CONSTITUTION:The input interface circuit consists of the TTL input interface circuit 8 and the ECL input interface circuit 9. The TTL/ECL changeover circuit 10 is provided between the circuits 8, 9 and the driver circuit 2. When an LOW level signal is inputted to a control terminal 13, the circuit 8 is connected to the circuit 2. When an high level signal is given to the terminal 13, the circuit 9 is connected to the circuit 2. Thus, the titled module is used by both the TTL and ECL signal inputs. |
