PURPOSE:To perform the movement, transportation, electric test, and sticking oil removal of plural bushings at a time by erecting and supporting the plural bushings on a support plate in series. CONSTITUTION:The bushings 20 are erected and supported on the support plate 2 supported on a moving carriage 1 and moved to a high voltage testing chamber. Then, a wire is extended between metallic suspenders 28 and the bushings 20 are suspended and carried together with the support plate 2. The bushings 20 are conveyed to over an insulating oil tank and then a support rod 16 is put in a storage part 18 to support the support plate 2, thereby dipping an in-oil side insulator tube part 23 in the insulating oil. Then, the test lead wire of an inspecting device is connected to a terminal 27 for measurement. Then, a high-voltage test is conducted and then the bushings 20 are suspended and carried together with the support plate 2. In this case, the support plate 2 is so lowered that the insulator tube parts 23 of the bushings 20 are put in a mist scatter preventive cylinder, and the insulator tube parts 23 are dipped in an organic solvent completely. Further, the bushings 20 are suspended and conveyed to over a car truck 1 together with the support plate 2 and the rod 16 is put in a storage part 18 to support and move the support plate 2 on the car truck 1.
