PURPOSE:To trace pulverized and/or granular substance accurately without use of any sensor by converting the conveyor network into a numerical equation model, suppressing thereafter the motion of the pulverized/granular load on the overall transporting route, producing the load condition signal in any required position, and by transmitting in the form of a process signal. CONSTITUTION:A pulverized/granular substance tracking logic 4 is started by a timer 6 at regular intervals, i.e. intervals permitting tracking block movement, wherein first a tracking block movement possible system preparing logic 7 prepares a tracking block possible system Ei for each transporting route from a transport apparatus status signal fed by a process 5, and then a tracking logic 8 makes movement of the tracking block, and upon calculation of the load status on the network, either an assumed load detection signal output logic 9 or assumed load detection signal is emitted. This provides high precision tracking of pulverized/granular load without installing any sensor such as a sounding meter.
