The present invention relates to a strain of Beauveria bassiana JEF007 which is an entomopathogenic fungus; and to a liquid agent using the same to control an agriculturally harmful insect, especially a harmful insect related to horticulture or pomiculture. According to the present invention, the liquid agent for control of an agriculturally harmful insect is manufactured using a strain of Beauveria bassiana JEF007 which is an entomopathogenic fungus. Accordingly, the liquid agent for control of an agriculturally harmful insect is easily handled, is harmless to the human body, and can environment-friendly control an agriculturally harmful insect. Furthermore, the liquid agent using the strain can be simply and economically manufactured by using a filtering bag.
