PURPOSE:To grasp only a target voice without being interrupted by peripheral noise by constituting a microphone of the 1st touch microphone which is pressed on the lower part than neck's lower chin bone and outputs a formant having a low-frequency filter characteristic and the 2nd touch microphone which is pressed on the lower chin bone and its upper part and outputs a formant having a high-frequency filter characteristic. CONSTITUTION:The titled microphone has the 1st touch microphone 6 being pressed on the lower part than the neck's lower chin bone and the 2nd touch microphone 7 being pressed on the lower chin bone and its upper part, and synthesizes the output of the 1st touch microphone obtaining the low-frequency filter characteristic due to the pressing position with that of the 2nd touch microphone 7 obtaining the high frequency filter characteristic due to the pressing position to take the synthesized output for an output. Supporting bars 4 and 5 have elasticity, and are held by holding tools 8 and 9 installed turnably on a seat piece 2 to adjust freely length, whereby how to abut the microphones 6 and 7 on the neck can be adjusted. The outputs of both microphones 6 and 7 can be taken out through a conductive wire 10.
