PURPOSE:To improve operation efficiency by measuring a next work while displaying last measurement data on pilot lamps of a weight box and a work mount. CONSTITUTION:A measuring instrument display the quantity and position of unbalance and has a memory function for a last measured value. A work after measurement can be placed on the work mount 5 temporarily. Additional weights 6b and stocked in the weight box 6 while classified by several stages. Then, the work after measurement is moved from a measurement table 1a to the work mount 5a and a next work is placed on the measurement table 1a and measured. The unbalance of the last work moved to the work mount 5 temporarily is corrected during the measurement. Namely, an additional weight to be added to be firstly is taken out of the weight box from a part where a pilot lamp 6 illuminates. Further, a pilot lamp 5a provided on the top surface of the mount illuminates to indicate the position of the unbalance of the work. Then, the additional weight 6b taken from the illumination part of the pilot lamp 6a is added at the illumination position of the pilot lamp 5a to finish correcting operation.
