PURPOSE:To easily install a switch, by extending a retainer radially outwardly and providing the switch at a portion of a base member opposed to a pad pressing portion. CONSTITUTION:Pad plates 8 and 11 are elastically supported to arm portions 7a and 7b of a base member 7 by outlet retainers 18 and 18' and inlet retainers 19 and 19' formed by bending a leaf spring. The pad plates are movable by a predetermined amount axially and circumferentially in a direction shown by an arrow A. The arm portion 7b of the base member 7 is formed with a recess 24 extending circumferentially to be engaged with a switch 20. An operation rod 20a of the switch 20 is inserted into a cut-away portion 19c formed at one bent portion 19b of the inlet retainer 19, and is abutted against a retainer 19a.
