PURPOSE:To attain effective utilization of frequency by obtaining a difference between a reference level and a reception input level from each station, sending the value together with an own station mobile set number and voice to control the transmission output of other station and to control the transmission output of the own station. CONSTITUTION:The reception input is processed by an antenna 1, an band pass filter 3, an intermediate frequency amplifier 5 and a demodulator 6. A reception level signal (b) detected from the amplifier 5 is inputted to a control section 7 and reception input level information being a difference between the reference level and the reception input level and a signal (a) being a data including a mobile set number are inputted to the control section 7. The control section 7 sends a transmission output control signal (c) to a power amplifier 11 via a control circuit 8 based on the signals (a, b) to set the transmission output. Further, a data signal (other station reception input level information and mobile set number) (d) from the control section 7 is sent via a modulator 9, a driver circuit 10, the amplifier 11 and the antenna 1.
