PURPOSE:To improve solution leakage resistance as well as realize a cost down, by making the inner diameter of a sealing ring larger than the outer diameter of a sealing plate. CONSTITUTION:A sealing ring 4 with L shape section has a vertical, plain, and straight form at the beginning of the inner surface. Its inner diameter phi1 is designed to be larger 0.03 to 0.15mm than the outer diameter phi2 of a sealing plate 5. In this composition, the sealing plate 5 is not removed from the sealing ring 4. Furthermore, no floating up of the plate 5 occurs, processing troubles are eliminated, and a high quality cell can be made. Consequently, solution leakage resistance is improved as well as the cost can be reduced. |
