PURPOSE:To facilitate handling at turning operation of converter, by inserting an inducing pipe for supplying concentrate, etc., compressedly to tuyere passage communicating to furnace main body to form annular air passage, and locking the inducing pipe to a tuyere freely removably. CONSTITUTION:A concentrate blowing apparatus 23 is fitted to the tuyere 22 arranged at side wall of a converter main body 21, and locking pin is locked to an engaging groove provided to inducing pipe of the apparatus 23 movably. Therefor the air passage 26 is formed between inducing pipe and inner circumference surface of a passage 3a of a converter main body part 3, to communicate it with a branch passage 4a connected to a blasting pipe 5. For engaging the apparatus 23 with the tuyere 22, position of a pin introducing part 33a of a mounting and dismounting part 8d is adjusted to an engaging pin 24 to penetrate it, handle is turned to turn the part 28d and the pin 24 is positioned at terminal end of a middle part 33b. In this way, the whole apparatus 23 is pushed in arrow (b) direction by elastic spring, the pin 24 is engaged with a terminal end locking part 33c to fix the apparatus 23 at the tuyere 22.
