<p>A ligand specific of a bioactive substance to be purified is fixed through a linkage silane on a mineral particulate support selected amongst SiO2, Al2O3, ZrO2 and TiO2, the particles thereof being submicronic, non porous and of large specific surface. Said support is contacted with an aqueous extract containing amongst other things said bioactive substance, during a time sufficient to specifically fix the bioactive substances to the support; the latter is then separated and, by desorption, the desired bioactive substance is isolated.</p> |
