The transmission part 203 transmits communication information including the terminal ID of the user terminal, the unit ID of the wireless unit and radio wave intensity to a server 13, when the user terminal performs short-distance wireless communication to the wireless unit through the radio wave. The collection part 205 collects a chronological change of the radio wave intensity in the terminal ID concerned with the unit ID. The calculation part 206 calculates the flow line that the user moved in the area of the wireless unit and the flow time when the user stays on a part of the flow line. The estimation part 206 estimates action information indicating that the user did actually on the area of the wireless unit. The analysis part 207 analyzes the user's attribute information including the user's preference based on the user's action information and the installation attribute information. |
