摘要 |
In a stress or strain sensor using magnetostrictive effect of amorphous magnetic alloy, magnetic field to be impressed on the amorphous magnetic alloy is excited by an electric current formed by superposing alternating current and rectangular current which has larger amplitude at start-up point and converges to smaller amplitude after passing predetermined time period; or excited by electric current formed by superposing a direct current component and an alternating current component having constant amplitude and gradually and repeatingly varying frequency between a higher frequency and a lower frequency; thereby stable measuring ability is assured for very long time.
