PURPOSE:To adjust automatically the concentration of laver and to form laver uniformly, by equipping a laver blender with a concentration censor, feeding water or laver to the blender to adjust the concentration of laver properly, sending it to a laver sheet making machine. CONSTITUTION:The liquid level in the laver blender 3 is detected by the level switch SL1, the driving motors of the water supply pump P1 and the laver cutting and washing machine G are operated to feed laver, and the laver is blended with water temporarily. When the concentration detected by the concentration censor 2 is higher than a proper value, the feed of the laver is stopped and only water is added, and, when it is lower than the proper value, the feed of water is stopped and only the laver is added, so that the blended laver liquid is adjusted to give a given concentration by the laver concentration regulator 1. The blended laver liquid is detected after operating the agitator 7 for a given time, and the liquid having the set value is sent to the agitating tank 5 for laver sheet making. |
