PURPOSE:To obtain the predetermined quantity of power generation at all times by radially leading out blades receiving wind force from a shaft rotatably disposed in upright at the center of a transparent surface plate continuously and fitting brushes brought into contact with the transparent surface plate in a sliding manner to the blades. CONSTITUTION:A base plate 1 consists of a square-shaped metallic plate, a plurality of solar cells 2 are placed and mounted to the upper surface of the base plate 1, and the upper sections of the solar cells 2 are coated with a transparent surface plate 3 such as glass. An upward projecting shaft 4 is disposed rotatably in upright at the center of the base plate 1 through the transparent surface plate 3, a plurality of blades 5 are projected radially from the shaft 4, and brushes 6 are fitted to the blades 5. A cleaner for the surfaces of the solar cells constituted in this manner is installed on the outdoors, the blades 5 receive wind force and are turned centering around the shaft 4 by receiving air, and the surface of the transparent surface plate 3 is cleaned by the brushes 6. |
