PURPOSE:To improve an electrostatic resistance characteristic with a simple constitution by providing a selecting conductive part on an upper layer of an electrode part. CONSTITUTION:On an upper layer of an electrode of an IC card, a selecting conductive part 4 to be conductive only when a pressure is applied during using is provided. Accordingly, during the IC card being not used, an electrode 5 or the like is not exposed by an insulating selecting conductive part 4 but when an electrostatic charge is carelessly applied to a window part of the electrode or the like, its influence is given. The electrostatic resistance characteristic is improved with a simple constitution and the safety of the IC card is improved. |
