PURPOSE:To lessen a noise by holding an elastic substance with a disc-shaped fuel filter around the periphery thereof between the bottom of a cup-shaped casing and the side plate of low pressure side. CONSTITUTION:A pump part 18 is located within a cup-shaped casing 1 in such a way that the inside of said casing 1 is divided into low and high pressure sides. And an elastic substance 5 of cylindrical shape is held between the side plate 3 of the low pressure side and the bottom 1b of the casing 1. A disc-shaped fuel filter 2 is coupled to the periphery of the elastic substance 5 for the removal of dusts and the like contained in fuel. The vibration of the side plate 3 of the low pressure side due to pump operation is absorbed certainly by the elastic substance 5 and no noise is generated toward the outside.
