Disclosed are a combined plate spring in which a spring returns the lenses to a correct position after the lens are moved for optical image stabilization and a spring returns the lenses to the correct position after the lenses are moved for an auto focusing function integrally combined, and a camera lens module capable of optical image stabilization including the combined plate spring. The combined plate spring includes first and second plate springs symmetrical to each other relative to the optical axis of the lenses. Each of the first and second plate springs comprises: a housing mounting portion mounted in the housing of the camera lens module; an OIS carrier mounting portion mounted in an OIS carrier of the camera lens module; an AF spring portion extending from the OIS carrier mounting portion to elastically pressurize a lens carrier of the camera lens module in a direction parallel to the optical axis; and an OIS spring portion connecting the housing mounting portion to the OIS carrier mounting portion.
