The degree of opening or closing of a valve for the pure water source, the angle of inclination of a nozzle, and the pressure of spray, etc., are adjusted by the fedback signal. Thus, the degree of contamination of a painted surface is held within a fixed range and maintains the quality of painted film at a fixed level.
