PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of grouting work, by a method wherein a packer device is inserted into an excavating pipe placed in an excavated slot, and wherein the expanding section of the packer device is extruded from the tip of the excavating pipe, to be expanded, and wherein grout is injected into the lower section of the expanded section. CONSTITUTION:After excavating work is carried out, a packer device 28 is inserted into an excavating pipe 14 placed in the excavated slot, and fluid is fed to the swell-out section 34 of the lower section of the packer device 28 through a hose 30, and the expanding section 34 is expanded to come in close contact with the slot wall. After that, when grout is injected between the excavating pipe 14 and the hose 30 through an inlet 48, then the grout is injected into the lower section of the swell-out section 34 through an in let 36, a passage 36A, and an outlet 38 arranged in the packer device 28. As the result, the excavating pipe 14 is not required to be taken out on every grout- injecting work, and the efficiency of grouting work is improved.
