The present invention provides a laminated plate-like body inspection device that can easily inspect the interval between an edge of a plate-like body of the laminated plate-like body and an edge of the adhesive. The laminated plate-like body inspection device comprises a line scanning camera, a lighting mechanism, a processing unit that processes an image signal supplied from the line scanning camera by scanning the plate-like body under the condition of illumination realized by the lighting mechanism. The processing unit further comprises an inspection image information generation mechanism that generates inspection image information that are constituted by the half tone value of pixel unit generated based on the image signal and an edge interval distance data generation mechanism that generates edge interval distance information representing the interval between an edge of a first plate-like body and an edge of the adhesive along an inspection line based on a half tone value curve along the inspection line transverse across the edge of the first plate-like body obtained from the inspection image information, so as to constitute an inspection result that is based on the edge interval distance information. |
