PURPOSE:To dispense with the machining of a guide tube as well s to aim at reduction in the cost of production and improvement in manufacture accuracy and production efficiency, by providing for the sliding throttle valve guide tube composed of a metallic material, while forming a carburetor body in making up a surrounding of this guide tube by means of injection molding. CONSTITUTION:A sliding throttle valve guide tube 1 is formed by means of machining methods such as metalcutting, casting, press work, drawing, bulging, etc., with metallic materials including aluminum, sheet iron or the like. And, this guide tube 1 is inserted into a metal mold of an injection molding machine for set up and then desired materials for a carburetor body are formed around this guide tube 1 by means of injection molding. With this constitution, a molding of the carburetor body 2 in a state of being solidly cast with the guide tube 1 is produced. Therefore, machining of this guide tube itself is no longer required, thus the cost of production is reducible. In addition, an advance machining method is properly selectable from various types so that manufacture accuracy and production efficiency are improvable.
