At that time, the input pin CLR of a timer 50 is kept at '0' and a timer 50 continues clocking, and after passage of a fixed period, the value of an output pin Q of the timer 50 is turned to '1' and the input pins CK of registers 2-1-2-N, 3-1-3-N are set up to '1'. At that time, the signal contents of the signal lines REQ-1-REQ- N and the output contents of flags 1-1-1-N are set up.
