摘要 PURPOSE:To make a comfortable drive feeling securable, by comparing the measured value of a parameter showing slippage in an input-output member of a hydraulic power transmission device with a reference range value at every specified period, which controlling the transmission capacity of direct coupling clutch at the next specified period. CONSTITUTION:A velocity ratio (e) or a parameter showing relative slippage in an input-output member of a hydraulic power transmission system is measured at every specified period and compared with each of discriminating values e1-e4 conformed to a driving mode. When a fact that the velocity ratio (e) exists in what zone in regard to the transmission capacity of a direct coupling clutch is discriminated, the transmission capacity of the direct coupling clutch is increased at every specified period as much as the increment set at the zone. At this time,the increment of the transmission capacity per specified time is reducing as it approaching to a reference range value, so that the transmission capacity of the direct coupling clutch comes to be approximated to the reference range value stably and speedily in consequence, thus a comfortable drive feeling is securable.
