A communication apparatus (30) transmits a router solicitation message (RS) that includes a Media Access Control (MAC) address. Each multicastable range is provided with an address management device (20). When a router solicitation message (RS) is received, the address management device (20) generates an Internet Protocol Version 6 (IPv6) address (50) from location information (42) stored in association with a MAC address, and transmits the generated IPv6 address (50), carried on a router advertisement message (RA), to the communication apparatus (30). |
