PURPOSE:To enable the measurement of a specific human IgG4 antibody, by using a monoclonal anti-human IgG4 antibody which recognizes the Fc fragment of human IgG4 and shows strong bonding property to human IgG4 but is not bonded to the other human IgG sub-class. CONSTITUTION:A hybridoma is formed between the antibody producing cell and myeloma cell of an animal immunized with human IgG4 and the hybridoma producing an anti-human IgG4 antibody is selected. Next, the hubridoma is cloned by a defnite dilution method to obtain a clone having strong bonding capacity to human IgG4 and a monoclonal antibody HG4-53G, which is not bonded to human IgG1, IgG2 and IgG3 and further has strong bonding capacity to the specific human IgG4 antibody bonded to an antigen but is not bonded to the other specific IgG sub-class antibody, is prepared in said clone. By this method, an allergen specific human IgG4 antibody can be measured. |
