PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration in a recorded information signal by applying an inverted erase signal obtained by inverting the phase of an erasure signal fed to a flying erasure head to at least one magnetic head to which no recording information signal is fed at recording. CONSTITUTION:A recording current flows alternately to magnetic heads Ra, La at recording synchronously with the revolution. Then an output current IF to the flying erasure head FEH flows also to a magnetic head Rb due to crosstalk of a rotary transformer T. Thus, an output current IRb having the inverted phase to that of the output current IF and being a quantity corresponding to the crosstalk of the output current IF to the magnetic head Rb is applied from a recording amplifier ARb. Thus, the crosstalk in the output current IF in the current of the magnetic head Rb is cancelled by the output current IRb and goes to zero.
