The present invention relates to a fuel spray control device for a vehicle engine. More specifically, the fuel spray control device distributes and supplies different amounts of fuel to individual cylinders of the engine in accordance with a change in revolutions per minute (RPM) of the engine to prevent vibration and degradation of fuel efficiency as well as noise due to variations in the engine RPMs. The fuel spray control device establishes a direct connection when a control device malfunctions, sprays fuel by an electronic control unit (ECU) without being controlled during rapid acceleration, and blocks fuel during a sudden and unintended acceleration. The fuel spray control device includes: a throttle valve value input unit receiving opening and closing values of a throttle valve; an ECU signal input unit which receives a signal from the ECU to transmit the signals to injectors of each cylinder; a brake signal input unit receiving brake signals; opening and closing unit control unit which controls an air suction valve opening or closing unit to have an allocated value in accordance with whether the engine RPMs reach the allocated value or not or to have a maximum value when the opening and closing values of the throttle valve are rapid acceleration state values; an injector output control unit which generates or suppresses the injector output in accordance with conditions; an injector spray amount control unit executing a control operation to have an optimal injector output value; and a reference cylinder detection unit for setting a reference cylinder. |
