PURPOSE:To reduce parts in cost and the assembling cost by integrally forming by a drawing work an inclined part for supporting a cylinder and a guide part for guiding a tape pulling out member. CONSTITUTION:On a chassis 1 composed of a metal member of comparatively light in weight such as aluminum, guide grooves 33, 34 are bored by a punching work and at an intermediate positions between both the guide grooves 33, 34 and both side peripheral edges of the guide groove 33, guide members 1c, 1d having inclined surfaces and an inclined part 1a are respectively protruded and formed by a drawing work. The inclined surface 1a supports a magnetic head mounting cylinder 13 in an inclined condition. An inlet side tape pulling out member 10 slidably attached to the guide groove 33 is guided so as to be raised with respect to a horizontal surface of the chassis 1 by the guide members 1c, 1d.
