PURPOSE:To readily obtain ground fish meat food curved in a given shape scarcely peeling, by filling ground fish meat in a cylindrical collagen film, rolling the resultant material, gelatinizing the rolled sheetlike material, halving the gelatinized materials to give one side of the collagen film and the other side of the ground fish meat and heating the material. CONSTITUTION:A kneaded ground fish meat 1 is filled in a cylindrical collagen film, e.g. pig gut, and rolled to give a sheetlike material having preferably 6-20mm thickness, which is then gelatinized by the conventional method. The gelatinized material is then halved to give a divided sheetlike material 4 having one side of the collagen film 2 and the other side of the ground fish meat 1. The resultant material 4 is formed into a striplike material 5 as necessary and patterns are cut to heat the material 5 and give, for example, the aimed ground fish meat food 8. |
