<p>PURPOSE:To utilize efficiently a recording film by determining a proper exposure starting point on the basis of an approximate point which is inputted by an operator. CONSTITUTION:The operator inputs a film No. at a stage (S1). The allocation state of a copy image to the film is displayed on a display device 62 graphically (S3). When an original No. to be allocated is inputted (S4), it is judged whether a read original is already allocated or not (S6). When it is not allocated, the version number NCL in a main scanning direction is inputted (S7). Namely, it is decided which allocation mode is selected. When approximate points X0 and Y0 are inputted (S8), more exposure starting points XS and YS are searched for (S9). When the searching operation is completed, the minimum number iA of an unused area is searched for (S10). The length Sx of every area in the subscanning direction and the length NCL(SY+DY)-DY in the main scanning direction are added to the starting points XS and YS to judge whether the results are larger than Fx and Fy or not, thereby specifying other approximate points when not.</p> |
