摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance an effective utilization factor of expensive brazing material and also obtain an effect of superior brazing, by providing anode vanes having the first and second brazed surfaces, with inclined grooves, which lead from the first or second brazed surface to their neighboring surface and serve as fused brazing material guide grooves. CONSTITUTION:A rectangular anode vanes 6 made of non-oxygenic copper, which is brazed on the inner peripheral surface of an anode cylindrical body 1, is provided with the first to fifth grooves 7 to 11 and covered with a plating layer 12, of high-fusing-point brazing material such as silver, all over the surface. After making many anode vanes butt to the assigned positions on the inner peripheral surface of the anode cylindrical body 1 to be held with jigs, with anode strappings 3 inserted to the assigned positions on the anode vanes, they are heated in a heating furnace. While the plating layer 12 fused by this heating acts as brazing material, to unitedly braze the cylindrical body 1, anode vanes 6, and anode strappings 3, parts of the fused brazing material penetrate into the first to fifth grooves 7-11, to be guided to the respective sides of brazed surface.
