PURPOSE:To obtain a photosensitive material good in dimensional stability both before and after development processing by incorporating a vinylpolymer, liquid paraffin, and a dichloro-s-triazine type hardener in both of a photosensitive silver halide emulsion layer and/or a nonphotosensitive colloidal layer formed on a support. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive material good in dimensional stability both before and after development processing, and enhanced in aptitude to litho graphic development and also in halfttone quality can be obtained by incorporat ing a vinylpolymer, such as a homopolymer or copolymer of (meth)acrylate and/or vinyl acetate, liquid paraffin having an average grain globule diameter of 0.1-0.2mum, and a dichloro-s-triazine type hardener in both of the photosensi tive silver halide emulsion layer and/or another nonphotosensitive colloidal layer formed on the support. |
