PURPOSE:To feed precisely a processing solution with simple constitution by feeding respective processing solutions to plural processing tanks through a common pump. CONSTITUTION:When the developing solution in a developing tank 20 reaches a prescribed fatigue degree or is reduced less than a prescribed liquid level, an air pump P is driven on the basis of the signal and air is blown, so that atmosphere in a feeding accumulator A is raised. Consequently, the developing solution in a room D of the accumulator A1 flows through a feeding pipe 23 by pressure and then flows into the developing tank 20, the whole quantity of the solution in the room D is fed to the bottom part of the developing tank 20 by a siphon effect and the fatigued developing solution on the upper part of the developing tank 20 is made to flow over from a discharging pipe 24 and discharged to the outside of the device on the basis of the rise of the liquid level. When the air pump P is stopped operating after feeding the developing solution to the developing tank, the water levels of a tank pan 21 and the accumulator A1 are restored to the original height shown by a solid line. Simultaneously, similar action takes place in accumulators A2, A3.
